Mr. Korol has over 20 years of international experience serving as a CFO of both public and private companies in a multitude of industries. Mr. Korol's public company experience includes acting as the CFO of Zenon Environmental (acquired by General Electric) and CDI Education Corporation (acquired by Corinthian Colleges). He has led the development and implementation of business strategies within diversified industries. Allowing these corporations to maximize growth and shareholder value, involving the raising of capital and the establishment of banking facilities, divestitures and strategic acquisitions. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in internal audit and due diligence expertise, including know-how in both tracing and recovering lost, unclaimed, and illegally retained assets internationally on a hands-on basis.
Mr. Korol also has previous experience as a Bay Street equity research analyst, and has an extensive mergers and acquisition experience track record. Mr. Korol has his CPA and CFA as well as the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D). He serves on both public and private company boards and audit committees in Canada. He is an member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Mr. Lethbridge is a 42 year veteran of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, where he began his career as a branch messenger and completed his career as Vice President of Commercial Lending. Mr. Lethbridge is credited with establishing CIBC's business and office towers in Hamilton, Ontario. He played a key role in saving and restructuring the operations of many companies in the manufacturing, construction, energy and hospitality industries. Many of these companies are now pillars of the Canadian business landscape. After his retirement from banking he acted as a widely respected and sought-after financial and business consultant to executive management suites across a diverse array of industries. He has served on the Board of Directors of many private and public companies including Stelco, Pioneer Petroleum, Conklin & Garrett Ltd. , Adam Clark Construction and Zenon Environmental. Mr. Lethbridge has chaired many audit committees and has hands-on experience with overseeing internal controls and the importance of safeguarding assets. He has comprehensive experience in the recovering of lost assets both from a Management and Board of Directors' perspective.
Analyst, Thames International Finance
Alex is a current Analyst with the Thames International Finance team, bringing a dynamic background in finance and consulting. Prior to joining Thames, he served as a Finance Intern at Coast Capital Savings, Canada’s third-largest credit union, where he gained experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning. He was also a Consulting Analyst for a startup with $20M in funding, where he played a pivotal role in market research, business strategy, and financial modeling.
Alex is currently pursuing an Honours Business Administration degree at the Ivey Business School at Western University.
